Tailor is an imagined iPhone application aimed creating a more customized experience for the guests of Delta Hotels. With a range of functions such as, personalized menus for unique diets, an ability to reserve workout equipment, to in-room temperature and lighting controls. Tailor intends to paint, as its name suggests, a tailored environment.
A feature of the app is its ability to interface with Apple’s HealthKit API, drawing on the existing accumulated data and preferences to make a guest’s interaction with Tailor more seamless. It sports pre-populated menus with a guest's allergy alerts, dietary preferences and HealthKit nutrition goals to in-app workouts that track back to a guest's HealthKit fitness targets.
