Enlitic is an AI health tech company with a focus on Radiology. Its mission is to create the world’s first intelligent medical diagnostic workspace by developing ML models with Radiologist and re-imaging radiology applications.
When I was hired, the design and development teams were having difficulty solving for product demands from both our ML team and Radiologists. Within a year I was able to helped the team relaunch our platform with solves to meet everyones needs and created a new playbook for how design and FE teams worked together with ML engineering and radiology. This new way of working helped inform a strategic shift towards a more integrated, holistic offering over the previous more patchwork experience.
One of my current projects is to develop and concept the future of Enlitic’s platform. As most of the company’s efforts are centered on deploying MVPs, it is also crucial not to loose sight of where we want the product to head. The following is a sneak peak of what might be next for Enlitic.
